We carry out planning work, edging, punching and laser-cutting as well as powder coating in toll-manufacturing. With our toll-manufacturing we want to commit ourselves to top-quality, fast and individual fulfilment of customers’ demands, particularly with single parts and small batches. Therefore we have a maximum of technical performance at our disposal.
Advantages for our customers are:
- Width of performance (laser cutting, punching, nibbling, forming and powder coating) and custom-made products – also for very limited numbers
- Quality and accuracy
- The best possible choice of sizes, shapes and colours of the parts to be manufactured
- Large-size board allows especially large work pieces, thickness of sheet up to 8mm
- Accuracy: deviation in position ± 0,1 mm; average range in position deviation ± 0,03 mm
- Powder coating is harder, more even and more consistent compared with wet lacquering
