Installation on floor screed
As the horizontal position of the rails is very important for the proper and smooth functioning of the facilities, they are levelled by our mechanics, using the cutting check.
After that the rails are tamped by the customer, and filled with floor screed. Floor covering that will be laid afterwards, will have to make an even surface together with the rails.
Installation in finished floors
Channels will have to be put into the floor. Necessary plans for the rails, including measures will be provided by us. Rail system, e.g. for a facility with manual wheel drive.
Installation in a wooden base
If the rails cannot be laid directly into the floor (because of lower bearing capacity, problems with the reinforcement, floor heating, power cables, etc), they will be installed in a wooden base. Such a base can be removed, so that the corresponding control unit can be set up in another place at any time. Constructional measures are not required when using bases – given, that the floor does not sink, and that it can carry heavy stocks. The rails have continuous wooden layers; these are braced to a unit using distance pieces and tie rods. This way the base can be levelled exactly, even if the floor is not even.
The inlayed panels are made of Novopan-particle boards nature and form the accessible floor. The panels can be painted by the customer or fitted with standard floor covering (including carpets and so on).
In such cases the base is lowered by the thickness of the covering, so that rails and floor form an even surface.
