Drive and electrical installation
Fully automatic-controlled industrial mono-motor drive, i.e. each mobile rack is equipped with a three-phase gear motor, which is built into the substructure of the system, so that none of the shelves is made smaller. The motor drives the running wheels via a shaft by means of chain wheels and roller chains. The racks can move at a speed of up to 3 to 4 m/second.

Moving the system can be effected centrally from the control unit, or locally from each of the racks.
For each aisle there is only ONE push- or key button, which always determines the optimal opening of an aisle for any position of the rack system. After selecting the aisle and pushing the ON/OFF-button, there will be an audible signal, and then the aisle opens automatically. At the central control unit the open aisle is shown by an indication lamp.
By pushing the button again, you can stop the movement. Optional, each system can be moved from the feeding unit by using an infra-red remote control. In addition to that, there is the opportunity to divide an aisle of the serviced rack into as many sub-aisles as you wish (automatically or hand-operated).
Required for: fire protection requirements, visual inspections, manual consignment assembly.
Red/white highlighted safety ledges are mounted 20mm from the floor on both sides of each substructure.
Mobile rack systems will be stopped immediately, when the safety ledges are touched at any point (with the tip or heel of your shoe).
Für Sicherheitsleiste und Motorschutz wird pro Regal eine optische Sammelstöranzeige am Schaltschrank vorgesehen. Unser Sicherheitssystem ist geprüft (Kennzeichen BG-A-VW-5064/80) und entspricht den Vorschriften der Prüfstelle des Fachausschusses
